Patriot Web
Patriot Web is GMU's online system for accessing individual personal records. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of Sunday between the hours of 7:00 - 11:00 a.m. (exceptions are noted in the "System Information and Alerts" link from the Patriot Web homepage).
George Mason students may access Patriot Web from any computer on or off-campus. Students use this system to pay tuition, check academic records, change addresses and complete many other transactions.

By policy, there are three ways the Support Center can reset a student’s PIN to access personal records in patriotweb:
- Come-in person with a photo ID.
- Fax a request form with a copy of photo ID (see itusupport.gmu.edu/).
- Scan the completed request form and photo ID, and email them to us (see itusupport.gmu.edu/).
