GMU Services - Email Activation

Once you have been registered for classes, you will be given a GMU email account. Before you use this account for the first time, you must activate it in order to obtain a username and password. Below are brief instructions on how to do this. Start at the email login page and click either “ Obtain or Reset Your Username/ Password ” OR "Activating My Account" (noted with arrows below).

Resetting your email PIN

By policy, there are only three ways we, the Support Center, can reset one's Patriot Web account:

1. Visit the ITU Support Center in person with a photo ID.
2. Fax the ITU Support Center the request form with a copy of photo ID.
3. Scan the completed request form and photo ID, and email them to ITU Support Center.
